We typically use 14 gauge (.075") steel for our boxes but we also offer thicker steel, Corten, stainless and aluminum as other options.
We recommend commercial grade paint because it is just as durable as powder coating, plus it's much easier to touch up! When powder coating begins to fail, it will "flake" away, allowing moisture to accumulate behind it. Our paint will not chip like powder coating and a simple paint brush will touch-up any issues.
Yes. Our planter boxes come with expanded metal bottoms. This allows the water to drain easily. We provide a pre-cut liner with each planter box; this helps stop soil from falling out of the bottom.
Yes. We can create a solid bottom with a drain hole, if required. Please contact us.
Corten weathering steel is a special mixture of metals which, in end, create a rust-like appearance that lasts many years. You do not have to maintain this material.

Yes and no. Planter boxes can be very bulky and cost of shipping is very expensive. We offer delivery within the DFW metroplex or you can schedule a pickup at our facility.
No. Due to every customer requiring a different size box to fit their needs, we find it best to create your box after ordering. Lead times vary but typically run between 2-3 weeks.
